Start Date & Go-Live Date: Project planned start and go-live dates. Duration is auto-calculated.
Complexity: Select the overall complexity (affects plan structure).
Description: Short summary of the project scope.
Tip: Fill all required fields. Use a unique Project Code to avoid errors.

Define the project team roles and responsibilities. This will be used to generate the RACI matrix.
Role: Select or add each team member's role (e.g., Validation Lead, Developer, Tester, Project Manager).
Name: Enter the name of the person in this role.
Email: Contact email for notifications and assignments.
Tip: Include all key roles for your project. The RACI matrix will be auto-generated based on these roles.

Review and customize the auto-generated project plan. The plan includes phases, tasks, timelines, and assignments.
Phases: Standard project phases based on system type and complexity.
Tasks: Detailed tasks within each phase with estimated durations.
Assignments: Auto-assigned based on roles and RACI matrix.
Tip: You can edit tasks, durations, and assignments before finalizing.
